INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship all over the world, and try to make the process as smooth as possible. Here are some tips, tricks, frequently asked questions, and information that is specific to certain countries. 

Can you ship to me?
Yes! We ship all over the world. If we have not yet shipped to your country, we will figure out the best way to get your order to you safely. When you check out on our website, the country automatically defaults to the United States, but it is a drop down menu! Simply change the United States to your country and enter your address. 
 

Change Currency

Our website defaults to prices listed in US dollars. At the top right corner of the homepage, you can change the currency to show prices in your monetary system. If you do not see yours as an option and would like us to add it, please email us. 

Cost of Shipping 

The cost of shipping depends on the box size and weight, how fast you need it, and which shipping carrier you choose. If you start the checkout process on our website, you will automatically be presented will all shipping options to your destination. 

Keep in mind, most of our products are soft, so we pack as much as we can in as small of a box as possible. Because of this, we will refund any overages if we are able to cut down on the cost of shipping. 

Taxes and Duties

Depending where you live, your country might have import taxes and duties. Each country varies.  Some countries only have tax added if the order is over a certain dollar amount. Please check the rules of your government before you order so you are not stuck with an unexpected additional cost. 

European Union Customers: As of July 1, 2021 all orders under 150 Euros going to the EU will be taxed. We will collect the tax through our website when you complete your purchase. All orders over 150 Euros will have taxes collected at the point of entry of your country. Packages over 150 Euros were already taxed prior to July 1, so this is not new. 

Great Britain Customers:  We will be collecting VAT at point of purchase soon. More information to follow once we have our ducks in a row. 

Shipping Nylafleece™ internationally  We are an authorized Nylafleece™ dealer. Because of the trademark on the product, there's a hoop to jump through before we ship out your order. We need to obtain permission from the Georgia Stage to send Nylafleece™ to you. We file a form with your name and address and send it to Georgia Stage. We receive approval within hours, so typically orders are not delayed. The approval only is needed once, so if you order regularly from us, we do not need to file a form every time you order. Phew!
